The villa is spread over two floors.

The ground floor comprises a living room, an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped), an outdoor veranda (with sea views), the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and toilet, and a second double bedroom with a shower room and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Level -1 · Pool level

Two bedrooms at pool level.

One has a double bed and the other has bunk beds. The two bedrooms share a third shower room with a toilet. The double bedroom is air-conditioned, whilst the smaller bedroom has a fan.
